CRM Process Manager/ Consultant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Developing CRM strategy Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement Managing full spectrum of Sales/ Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery in Salesforce Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading, and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize sales & marketing programs Identifying process improvement opportunities Developing business case for CRM strategies, technology solutions Developing / supporting development of CRM/Martech platform technology

Experience in designing / managing CRM with hands-on/functional consultant experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience
Should be certified in Salesforce across different Salesforce Clouds
Should have experience in Salesforce multi-cloud implementation
Experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.
Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel
Experience managing CRM Programs for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations
Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore
Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
Hands-on experience of salesforce
Good Consulting experience is preferred
